Have you just decided you and your partner are ready to have a baby? If so, your life is about to change! Many couples today are struggling to get pregnant because of infertility factors or a lack of information. When I decided to have my first baby, I had a few infertility issues I needed to solve, and it took me two years to get pregnant. The second time I got pregnant in the first month of trying to conceive. My knowledge of the issues I had and my increase in knowledge of tips to get pregnant quickly contributed to such a fast conception. I am writing this blog to help all women understand their bodies and conceive faster. It is possible to get pregnant in one month even with many issues in fertility and yes, I mean getting pregnant naturally.

Is it possible to get pregnant in one month?

Many women get pregnant in one month. Usually, it is because they are healthy and highly fertile. But, this is not always the case. You can do so many things that will increase your chances of pregnancy in one month even with fertility issues.

Usually, most women with no fertility issues conceive within 6 months of trying. If you do not get pregnant within a year of trying, you should see your doctor or a specialist. You may have difficult fertility issues in which modern technology and medicine can help you conceive. Never Lose Hope!

What do you and your partner need to do before trying to conceive?

tips to get pregnant

Three months before trying to conceive you should do the following. This will get your body ready for conception and make conception faster. This does not mean you need to do this. You have a choice. You can just do these now and still try to conceive. For you and your baby’s optimal health, it is good to do these for 90 days before trying to conceive.

  • Pre-Check-Up Appointment

Finding out any obvious infertility problems before you start trying to conceive will save you so much time. Visit your OB/GYN department and inform them that you are trying to conceive. They might change your medication to more fertile friendly options and get some blood tests done to make sure you are healthy enough to carry a pregnancy. Your partner should have a pre-check-up too. A semen analysis would tell him a lot about his fertility and overall health. Even if you do have infertility issues, you do not need to worry now. You could still conceive naturally and in a short period of time.

  • Healthier Choices

The food you both eat is very important. Stay hydrated and eat grains, vegetables, fruit, and proteins. Your partner can also eat food that boost sperm count and motility including bananas, Maca, spinach, walnuts, eggs, dark chocolate, etc. You are what you eat. This will also train you to eat healthier when you are pregnant. Don’t you want your baby to be healthy and happy?

  • Exercise

Make sure your BMIs are healthy. Exercise regularly. From experience, I can tell you that exercise increases male fertility and female fertility. Even if you are overweight, exercising will automatically boost up your chances of conception. I personally know some people who have went from about 10 million sperm/ ml to about 80million/ml just by exercising.

Proven Tips To Get Pregnant

  • Tip 1 “Tips To Get Pregnant”

Know When You Ovulate

Knowing when you ovulate is a game-changer. Ovulation occurs when the egg leaves the ovary. Look for ovulation symptoms like an increase in sex drive and an increase in cervical mucus. I personally take ovulation kit tests. These are tests that tell you when you are ovulating. Use them, they are worth your money. Click here to see my favorites.

You should have a fertility app on your phone that tracks your menstrual cycle and tells you an approximate timing for ovulation. You are fertile for about five days per month. You need to know those days in order to make sure you baby dance. If you skip those days, you have a higher chance of not conceiving.

  • Tip 2 “Tips To Get Pregnant”

Have Sexual Intercourse On Specific Days

Once you track your ovulation day, have sexual intercourse two days before ovulation and on ovulation day. Those are your most fertile days. You can also have sexual intercourse every other day after your period ends. But, again, if you do not do this, you will most likely not get pregnant.

  • Tip 3 “Tips To Get Pregnant”

Skip the Lubricant (or) Use Pre-Seed

Most lubricants prevent sperm from swimming up the vaginal canal. Don’t use lubricant or use one that is conception friendly. Pre-Seed lubricant is proven to not hurt sperm. You can use it. Some even suggest it helps sperm travel faster. If you want it, click here to see it.

  • Tip 4 “Tips To Get Pregnant”

Sex Positions

No research proves that one sex position increases your chance of conception. However, in my opinion, choose a position that doesn’t involve semen falling out within the first minute. You can lay down for about ten minutes afterward to prevent this from happening. Some like to elevate their hips. Research suggests that this makes no difference in the possibility of conception. I think it does no harm.

  • Tip 5 “Tips To Get Pregnant”

Take Fertilaid Supplements.

  • Tip 6 “Tips To Get Pregnant”

Do not think about it.

I know this is easier said than done. I mean I was in the two week wait for two years. It is hard. But, it is better for you to get your mind off of these things. That way you do not need to worry if you are pregnant or not, if you are having a miscarriage, if it is an actual positive line or an evaporation line, or if your HCG hormone is doubling. All these things can cause you stress. Keep yourself busy and occupied.
